Shipping and Return Policy
-There is a shipping flat rate of $44.99 per shade sail for orders within the US for sails with span of less than 20′ in length. only for ready made shade sails.
-International shipping costs are based on order weight.
-DIY Sails are shipped next day, upon availability.
-All other items will be shipped within 1-2 week’s from the day they are ordered.
-Most of the times orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, we also ship via USPS and UPS depending on the order.
-If you have special shipping request contact us for shipping terms.
-All packages are sent with tracking and/or delivery confirmation.

-Please verify color and sizing prior to ordering. Returns are only accepted under limited circumstances, otherwise all sales are final.
-Please double verify your space dimensions prior to order, TensoShade is not responsible for spaces that our team has not surveyed. again please double check your area dimensions prior to order.
-Custom order items will be quoted by your dimensions provided and will be fabricated to the same dimensions.

-TensoShade will not refund, or change any items after 21 days of purchase.
-Contact TensoShade returns/exchange department by emailing us at info@TensoShade.com to obtain your return/exchange order number (REON). We will respond back to you within 24 to 48 hours of your request with your (REON), and the shipping address to where you will return your item.
– After you receive a (REON), and the return destination address, please send the item(s) via any traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. The carrier will assign a tracking number.
-Shipments made via US Post Office must request additional service that includes a tracking number. All tracking number(s) must be sent to our return/exchange department at info@TensoShade.com.
-Damaged and/or defective shade sails and hardware will be replaced free of charge upon return within 21 days from purchase date.
-Returned opened boxes will be inspected. If returned complete and the product is in mint condition, the buyer will be credited for the cost of the item less a 15% restocking fee. -If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase(s) from TensoShade and want to return it. we do regret it, and are very sorry about it, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless the product is defective.
-If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase(s) from TensoShade, and want to exchange it you can do so less a 15% restocking fee of product original pricing.
-Returned or exchanged items must be sent back, shipping prepaid by customer at own expense, and in original condition, Please package all items in original packaging if possible.
-Any purchases returned under the above mentioned guidelines will be eligible for exchange.
-No exchanges will be issued for items returned that are dirty or have evidence of use.
-It takes approximately 21 business days for us to process your return or exchange. Once we have notice that the item(s) are received and accepted by the manufacturer we will update you via email with details as to how TensoShade will refund only the cost of the product less 15% restocking fees.
-Wire transfers can be made less $20 wire transfer back fee.
