10 Year Limited Fabric Warranty
We offer one of the most comprehensive warranties in the business. Please read carefully for details on our warranty.  We want all our customers to be satisfied and enjoy their shade experience for many years. Even though, much care is taken into the manufacture of our products, it is still possible that a problem may arise in the future. Whether you purchase a DIY Kit, Custom-Made Shade Sail, or any TensoShade generic product we may develop, rest assure knowing that your purchase is covered by our fabric manufacturers backed warranty. The fabric is guaranteed to withstand the eroding effects of the sun for up to ten years under normal conditions.

1 Year Limited Component Warranty
The stitching, connection hardware, and cables are all guaranteed for up to one year under normal conditions. If a shade sail becomes unsown or color drastically fades you can send it to our repair center and we will fix it according to our warranty terms. All of our products are made with quality materials and crafted by skilled workers.

As a customer, you can be confident that your TensoShade product will last for many years to come. Should a problem arise caused by faulty workmanship, we will fix it according to our limited warranty's standard terms and conditions. We will either repair or replace your product (depending upon problem severity) and restore it back to its original condition.

Our commitment to customer satisfaction goes far beyond the initial purchase. We want our customers to enjoy our products.

Shade Sails

10 Year Limited Fabric Warranty
Your purchase is covered by our fabric manufacturers backed warranty on a pro-rata basis for a total period of ten years against failure due to ultraviolet deterioration, rot, mildew, fading of the shade cloth.

1 Year Limited Component Warranty
The stitching, connection hardware, and cables are all guaranteed for up to one year under normal conditions and/or faulty workmanship.

Rips and tears caused by other than faulty workmanship are not covered. Furthermore, shade cloth is not warranted against contact with chemicals or caustic materials. In addition, we will not warranty the product if it is used for any other purpose than what it was intended for.

Product must be installed according to manufacturer's instructions and warranty questionnaire complete. Any deviance from such instructions will null and void the warranty.

Warranty coverage is not applied to sails which have been destroyed by natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornadoes, etc.* and customer is responsible for the removal and re-installation of the shade sail(s).

*Shade Sails are covered up to 60 miles per hour winds. Should winds exceed 60 miles per hour shade sails must be removed. Such circumstances would be apparent in natural disasters like hurricanes, tornadoes, etc. We will not warranty shade tops or shade sails that have been destroyed due to such occurrences. The customer is responsible for the removal and re-installation of the top(s).

*This warranty will take effect only if the Shade Sail is intalled by TensoShade Professionals and on our own structures. We will not warrant sails installed in structures by others. Wind records are based on the local city records and/or weather.com which ever is greater.

Shipping costs to and from the repair center are also customer responsibility. Lastly, TensoShade will not be responsible for damage(s) caused by our shade sails either directly or indirectly to any other personal property on the owner's premises.

Shade Structures**

5 Year Limited Structure Warranty
Warranty covers our structural steel products on a pro-rata basis for a total period of 5 years against failure caused by corrosion or faulty workmanship. TensoShade, LLC. also provides a one year warranty on powder coating against surface rust, chips, etc. In addition the structural frame, if powder coat is applied, is guaranteed not to fail due to corrosion or rust of the frame for 5 years*.

The same warranty which applies to our shade sails also applies to the shade top(s) which are provided with your shade structure.

*Shade tops are covered up to 60 miles per hour winds. Should winds exceed 60 miles per hour shade tops must be removed. Such circumstances would be apparent in natural disasters like hurricanes, tornadoes, etc. We will not warranty shade tops or shade sails that have been destroyed due to such occurrences. The customer is responsible for the removal and re-installation of the top(s).

**At this time we only provide turnkey shade structures in the San Antonio, texas Metropolitan area. In certain areas we may provide assistance with removal and re-installation of shade tops for a nominal fee.

All paraflex umbrellas comes with a 24 month limited warranty on the frame and a 36 month limited warranty on the canopy. Texsilk Olefin fabric warranty for 12-months and Sunbrella fabric warranty 36-month.
Paraflex warranty does not cover any damages caused by faulty installation, winds or product misuse. Please read all the instructions included carefully and prior to installing and operating your Paraflex umbrella. Paraflex umbrellas are not rated for heavy wind loads and should only be used in light to moderate wind conditions. Lower the canopy and retracted during windy conditions.

SeaShell Awnings USA Inc. warrants they are free from defects of workmanship and/or material for a period of time from the date of purchase as noted hereafter: SeaShell Awning System components - 5 years. Sail Material 5 years as outlined in Warranty. SeaShell Awning System components consist of Frame, articulated spine assembly, ropes, cords and attachment devices. Should any products be determined by SeaShell Awnings USA to be defective, at the option of SeaShell Awnings USA, such products shall be replaced or repaired and returned to Buyer free from defect. Buyers should report to their SeaShell Awning distributor within (30) days of fault.
