Shade-cloth

TensoShade uses HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), heavy duty Premium 95 grade shade fabric. Often called (Shade-cloth, Shade-fabric, and Shade-textile.)
Premium 95 is a high quality, 320-350 gsm heavy duty knitted shadecloth specifically developed as a very strong and stable outdoor fabric for use in tension structures and shade sails almost two decades ago throughout the world in both small and large applications where temperatures can range from below freezing to as much as 50ºC (or 122ºF).
Premium 95 is designed to provide UV block ranging from 91% to 98% creating safer outdoor daytime environments which can be utilized for longer periods.
This fabric is guaranteed by manufacturers not to fade, rot, sag or mildew for 10 years due to UV stabilization.

Shade-cloth Colors

Premium 95 is manufactured in many colors to compliment architectural trends and enhance existing structures. Colors are available upon season and availability.

The “COVER” series coated fabrics have been designed to meet the high quality standards required by the market of tensile structures and large coverings.
The special "COVER" coating formulation gives the Naizil Cover fabrics excellent durability, greater protection against mould, and resistance to the action of UV rays and environmental factors that cause ageing.
All "COVER" products are self-extinguishing and protected by ROTOFLUO W (PVDF sealable) lacquering.

Due to the highly resistant acrylic yarns, Sunbrella® will withstand many years of harsh climates such as salt water, heavy rains, and the hot sun.
The 100% solution dyed acrylics prove Sunbrella® to be fade resistant as well as resistant to multiple stains.
Sunbrella ® is a woven fabric allowing moisture to escape, thus resisting mildew buildup on your sail surface. Sunbrella is available in over 140 beautiful solids and stripes.
